OdontApp

OdontApp is a system designed for dental clinics and offices that want to organize their day-to-day operations without relying on loose spreadsheets or paper agendas. On a single platform, the administrative team and professionals can coordinate appointments, quickly access a patient's file, record treatments and keep track of billing. It targets clinics with multiple professionals and receptionists who need to work simultaneously without stepping on each other's information, keeping everything centralized, visible and updated in real time. The interface is clear and direct so anyone at the office, even without technical experience, can use it from day one.

It was a team project developed together with four classmates. Within the group I was in charge of the Scheduling module and everything related to it: the view by professional and by time range, availability management, appointment creation and editing, filters by dentist, time-clash control, and the business rules that make the schedule behave the way a real dental office needs.
